Anubis remake

Anubis was an egyptian god of death.
He was the protector of graves as early as the First Dynasty (c.3100 - c. 2890 BC). Anubis was often depicted as guiding individuals across the threshold from the world of the living to the afterlife.
He is holding two symbols. The shepherd's crook stood for kingship. And the ankh (latin for cross with a handle) with the meaning "life".

I just finnished this remake of an older drawing of mine: https://www.deviantart.com/sunima/art/Anubis-706702675
Painted in procreate with an ipad pro.
Video timelapse of the work in progress can be seen on youtube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pt1uI3xSl5Q&t=7s
